By using the Services, you grant TaskOrg a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, and display your User Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We do not access or use your User Data for advertising or marketing purposes.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of your User Data and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to store and process such data.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use TaskOrg CRM to store, transmit, or process content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the rights of others.

Termination and Suspension

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will be terminated according to your subscription plan.

TaskOrg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, misuse the Services, or engage in unlawful activities.

Upon termination, your User Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period, unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskOrg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TaskOrg during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TaskOrg CRM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Services for your specific needs.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskOrg, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Severability
